Mrs. Mary Louise Ashe Giles, age 96, of Trion, GA, died Sunday, November 26, 2017, at Rome Health and Rehabilitation.

Mrs. Giles was born January 25, 1921, in Trion, GA, daughter of the late John and Lena Hartline Ashe.  She was a member of the Trion United Methodist Church, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Rich’s Department Store in Atlanta.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Douglas Giles; brothers, John L. Ashe and Hoyt Lee Ashe.

Mrs. Giles is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Paula Giles of Fort Mill, SC; daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Roger Campanelli of Trion, GA; grandchildren, Paul and Kristi Giles of Acworth, GA, Gretchen and Andrew Kornberg of Waxhaw, NC, Chuck Campanelli and Christa McWilliams of Trion, GA, Maryann and Jon Miller of Douglasville, GA; great-grandchildren, Carlie and Caitlin Kornberg, Bobby Campanelli.

Graveside and interment services for Mrs. Giles will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, December 3, 2017, from the West Hill Cemetery with Rev. Jennifer Andouie officiating.

There will be no formal visitation.  The family respectfully requests no flowers and no food.
