I knew Patty through her sister, Beverly, who was my best friend and still is. These two wonderful women taught me how to strengthen my backbone for strength needed in life to raise my daughter.... these wonderful ladies and their wonderful family I have spent so many good times with. It was a pleasure to bump into Patty once again at Hays - her spirit even more vibrant ! Patty always left a positive impression... always smiling, eyes sparling... that will never be forgotten. My prayers are with her husband and family.

Good bye my dear friend from high school until our days of Nursing together which has not been but a couple of years when you and shared the offices at Hays State Prison. I will always love you my dear friend and my prayers are with Mitch. Mitch she talked about YOU all the time at work. My heart is full of sorrow, but not as your families. Patty was the strength of everyone. I love you Bulldog, that was her nickname at work. It is earth's loss but heaven's reward.
