I was so saddened to see that Charlie had passed. I will always remember him because he was a very kind and generous man. Everytime I use my kitchen knife I think of him because he bought it for me when I worked at the store on 27 that was Bud and Sam Reese's. He also gave me a sharpener for it. He will be missed.I am sorry that I didn't know until now but please know how happy I am that I knew him.

physical death is a door into the presence of the living God (Php 1:2) - the death of the godly is "precious in the sight of the Lord" (Psalm 116:15 - it is an entrance into "peace" (Isaiah 57:1--2) and to "glory" (Psalm 73:2); a going home to "paradise" (Luke 23:43; a going to our Father's house where there are many mansions (John 14:2); an anticipated departure in order to "be with Christ" (Php 1:21, 23); and a time to receive the "crown of righteousness" (2 Timothy 4:8) - although we can look toward and look past death with great hope and joy I know you still grieve just as deeply as Joseph mourned for his father.
