Ms. Lisa Joy Saylors

Ms. Lisa Joy Saylors, age 62, of Summerville, GA, passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at her residence.

Ms. Saylors was born January 4, 1959, in Trion, GA, daughter of the late Charles and Annette Wilson Saylors.  She was a loving mother and wonderful homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Saylors Murphey; and an infant granddaughter, Mary Ella Joy Saylors.

Survivors include her son, Brian (Melissa) Saylors; daughters, Kelly Saylors-Mason, Jennifer Gorfain (Stephen Pierce); brothers, Charles (Tammy) Saylors, Jimmy (Amanda) Saylors; sisters, Kathy (Gary) Quarrels and Ruthie (Bud) Johnson; ex-husband, Jimmy Peoples; and 13 grandchildren.

Memorial services for Ms. Saylors will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Mason Funeral Home With Rev. Billy Wright and Rev. Jason Lee officiating.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at Mason Funeral Home from 2:30 P.M. until the hour of service on Tuesday.

The Saylors family, along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home remind anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions for the COVID pandemic set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings limitations including social distancing, gathering limits, and face masks.
