Mrs. Thelma Lou (Stoker) Lowery

Mrs. Thelma Lou Lowery, age 94, of Menlo, GA, passed away Saturday- August 8, 2020, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Lowery was born March 13, 1926, in Cloudland, GA, daughter of the late George and Annie Moses Stoker.  She was Baptist by faith, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Riegel Textiles.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, E.C. Lowery, and brothers, Claude Stoker & James Stoker.

Mrs. Lowery is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Graveside & interment services will be held at 4:30 PM Tuesday- August 11, 2020 at Greenhills Memory Gardens with Rev. John Mann officiating. Active pallbearers will be Gary Lowery, Leon Rinehart, Mark Mull, Randy Stoker, Michael White, and Clifton Bagley. Honorary pallbearers will be the Staff of Riverwood Senior Living- Rome, Butch Young, and Tyler Fisher.

Visitation will be held privately.

The Lowery family along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home encourage anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. including face masks,  and social distancing as it pertains to social gatherings.
