Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth “Beth” Nixon, age 33, of Summerville, GA, died Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at Advent Health Redmond.

Mrs. Nixon was born December 29, 1989, in Rome, GA, daughter of the late Larry Winston and Glenda Kay Greer Bennett.  She was a homemaker and a member of Sonrise Community Church.

Survivors include her husband, Daniel Nixon; birth mother, Christy (David) Petty; brother, Austin (Shelby) Petty, sister, Kayla (Isaac) Crider; grandfather, Fred (Marilyn) Dowdy; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Shelia and Bobby Nixon; nephews, Austin Money, Dillion Nixon, Lucas Nixon, Matthew Nixon; and niece, Gracie Nixon.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 16, 2023, from the Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin J. Norton officiating.  Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Chris Nixon, Justin Blackmon, Austin Money, Austin Petty, Fred Dowdy, Dennis Campbell, Blake Campbell, and Isaac Crider.  Honorary pallbearers will be David Petty, Stacy Nixon, Olin Woody, Tony Cook, Lucas Nixon, Dillion Nixon, and Matthew Nixon.

Mrs. Nixon will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Saturday.
