Mrs. Nancy Leona Prince, age 85, of Menlo, GA, died Sunday, November 22, 2020, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Prince was born June 30, 1935, in Summerville, GA, daughter of the late Albert Wiley and Maggie Lou Brown Smith. She was a member of Chelsea Baptist Church, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Best Manufacturing. She was also a member of the Best Silver Club.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Curtis Prince; a daughter, Pamela Jean Prince; brother, David Smith; sisters, Lula Mae Gentry, Inez Brown, Janice Smith, and Shirl Rabdeau; grandchildren, Kenneth Daniel Prince, Regina Faye Prince, Gavin Ray Lemons, Darlia Minard, and Josh Elrod.
Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Walter (Nita) Prince, Tommy Curtis (Debbie) Prince, Randy Albert (Jan) Prince, Timmy Leon (Robin) Prince, and Jimmy Don (Lisa) Prince; daughters, Linda Sue (Frank) Smith, and Sandra (Bobby) Lemons; brothers, Wiley (Marsha) Smith, George (Mary Sue) Smith, Junior (Shirley) Smith; sisters, Carolyn Hanks, Minnie Lee Smith, Betty (Kelly) Wentz, Beth (Jack) Wentz; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Graveside services for Mrs. Prince will be held at 12:00 Noon Friday, November 27, 2020, at Alpine Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Lemons officiating. Pallbeaers will be family. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of Best Silver Club, Chelsea Baptist Church Ladies’ Sunday School Class, and special friend, Linda Money.
Visitation will be held privately for the immediate family only.
