Mrs. Mary "Kathy" (Gardner) Tucker

Mrs. Mary Kathryn “Kathy” Gardner Tucker, age 88, of Summerville, GA, died Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at her residence.

Mrs. Tucker was born March 2, 1932, daughter of the late Charles and Flora Belle Brewster Gardner.  She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, and prior to her retirement, worked as a real estate agent at Henderson Real Estate.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Erwin “Ernie” Tucker; and brother, Lawrence Clyde “L. C.” Gardner.

Survivors include her son, Ronnie Tucker; daughter-in-law, Cindy Tucker; grandchildren, Amber (Josh) Cutshall, Michael Henderson; great-grandchildren, Brayden Wells, Maddox Cutshall, and Kathryn Elizabeth Cutshall; and several nieces and nephews.

Due to gathering restrictions, services for Mrs. Tucker will be private for immediate family only.  Private Interment will be held at Greenhills Memory Gardens with Rev. Rickey Biddle officiating.   Active pallbearers will be Kelly Stokes, Archie Warren, Michael Henderson, Terry Owens, Eric Mann, and Josh Cutshall.  Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren.
