Mrs. Janie Sue Roberts

Mrs. Janie Sue Roberts, age 82, of Summerville, GA, died Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Roberts was born February 16, 1938, in Trion, GA, daughter of the late Thomas and Edith Campbell Ingram.  Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Marglen Industries.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Todd “Tony” Roberts, Sr.; and a sister, Hazel Ingram.

Survivors include her husband, Franklin “Sonny” Roberts; sons, Franklin Eugene Roberts, Jr., Joey Roberts; a brother, Danny Lee Ingram; sisters, Bonnie Teems and Helen Ingram; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.

Graveside services for Mrs. Roberts will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 5, 2020, at West Hill Cemetery with Rev. Steve Spears officiating.

There will be no visitation.

The Roberts family along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home encourage anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings.
