Mrs. Dorothy Loretta (Pursley) Lenderman

Mrs. Dorothy Loretta Pursley Lenderman, age 90, of Summerville, GA, died Friday, October 8, 2021, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Lenderman was born January 1, 1931, in Summerville, GA, daughter of the late Taft and Annie Mae Pettyjohn Pursley.  She was Church of Christ by faith and was retired from McGinnis Drugs.  She also loved traveling and goin on motorcycle rides.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marcus Leon Lenderman; and a son, Marcus Lee Lenderman.

Survivors include her son, Phil (Becky) Lenderman; sisters, Jean Strawn and Shirley Floyd; grandchildren, Carter Lee Lenderman, Lauren Kelly Lenderman, Wendy (Jason) McWhorter; great-grandchildren, Jacob Holden Wells, Caitlin Wells, Barrett Grace Lenderman; and a great-great-grandchild, Hollis Kate Higgins.

Graveside and interment services will be held privately at Summerville Cemetery. 

Visitation will also be held privately.
