Mrs. Charlotte Green Woody age 74 of Summerville, GA passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Atrium Health- Chattooga.
Mrs. Woody was born March 14, 1950 in Summerville, GA to the late Leonard and Lois Dover Green. She was a loving and devoted wife & Mother. She was retired from Mt. Vernon Mills and was a member of Berryton Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Terry Wayne Woody; and 7 siblings.
Survivors include her children, Olin Woody, Chris Blanks, and Lisa Hampton; sister, Sadie (Ronnie) Croy; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside & inurnment service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Woody will take place at 2:00 PM Sunday, June 2 at Berryton Cemetery with Pastor Mickey Skates officiating. Everyone is requested to meet at the cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
