Mrs. Carol Diane (Ashworth) McWhorter

Mrs. Carol Diane McWhorter, age 77, of Trion, GA, died Friday, June 21, 2024, at her residence.

Mrs. McWhorter was born December 14, 1946, in Trion, GA, daughter of the late Hobert Ely Ashworth and Lillie L. Braddy Ashworth.  She was a homemaker and was Baptist by faith.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. McWhorter was preceded in death by a son, Tracy McWhorter.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby James McWhorter; sons, Bobby Michael McWhorter, Scott McWhorter; a daughter, April McWhorter; sisters, Patty Williamson, Janice Mull; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held at this time.
