Mrs. Annie "Jean" Crabtree

Mrs. Annie “Jean” Crabtree age 77 of Summerville, GA passed away Friday-January 4, 2019 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Crabtree was born June 7, 1941in Berryton, GA to the late Andrew Jackson and Annie Lee Mitchell McGraw. She was a member of Four Mile Baptist Church and was retired from Mount Vernon Mills.

Along with her parents Mrs. Crabtree is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Crabtree; daughter, Sherry Crabtree Powell; brother, Tommy McGraw; sisters, Frances Beason, Nancy McGraw and Dorothy Bently; Granddaughter, Kenya Bain; Great-granddaughter, Olivia Phillips; and Great-grandson, Jaxson McCutchins.

Survivors include her daughters, Pam McGraw, Donna Crabtree, Teresa (Todd) Money, Lisa (Branch) Barker, Connie (Daniel) Robinson, Vickie (Jake) Burdick, and Kellie (Shawn) McCary; brother, A.J. (Brenda) McGraw, brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Randy and Judy Crabtree; brother-in-law, Roger Thomas; sister, Rosa Nell Trammell; sister-in-laws, Nancy Newton, Arlene Crabtree, and Joyce McGraw; 28 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with the Rev. Jody Brock and Rev. Steve Pickern officiating. Burial will follow at the Summerville Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Josh McGraw, Scott Lewis, Kevin Ammons, Tyler Barker, Jeffrey Bain, Jacob Bain, Jesse Rape, Jarrod Rape, Hayden Burdick, Cade Blalock, Trevor Burdick, Allen Ballinger, Coty Powell, and Corey Powell. Honorary pallbearers will be the great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Crabtree will be in state and the family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
