Mrs. Alliyah Hatcher

Mrs. Alliyah Victoria Hatcher age 28 of Summerville, GA passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025 due to injuries received in an automobile accident.

Alliyah was born July 9, 1996 in Columbia, SC to David and Jamie Wandell Etchison. She was a member of Connect City Church and was a landscaper at Tri-Scapes. Alliyah loved to make people smile and she loved everyone she met unconditionally.

She is preceded in death by her uncle Bobby Wandell.

Those left to cherish Alliyah’s memory include her husband, Derik Wilkins; parents, David and Jamie Wandell Etchison; siblings, Darnay (Allyssa) Wandell, Devin (Alisha) Wandell, and Cherelle Etchison; grandparents; Charles & Vickie Smith, and Michael & Vicki Wandell; uncles, Chris Wandell, Jay Wandell, Brandon Smith, and Zeke Smith; Aunt, Traci Edwards; nephew, D.J. Wandell; nieces, Rumani Wandell and Gennesis Chambers; along with several cousins and many friends that she loved dearly.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Alliyah Hatcher will take place at 6:00 PM Monday – April 7, 2025 at Connect City Church.
