Mr. William Taylor, Jr.

Mr. William Taylor, Jr, age 67 of Gaylesville, AL died August 5, 2020 at Cherokee Health and Rehabilitation Center.

 Mr. Taylor was born September 24, 1952 in Trion, GA to the late William “Bill” and Loraine Jones Taylor. He was a diesel mechanic.

 Along with his parents Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by his son, William Taylor, III; brothers, James Taylor and Leon Taylor; and twin sisters Gaynell & Jayness Taylor.

 Survivors include his daughter, Pam Taylor; sister, Rhonda Gail Taylor; sister-in-law, Chris Taylor; nephews, Doug Payne and Robert (Jesse) Warren; nieces, Jennifer (Eric) Slater, Amanda (Kevin) Rhinehart, Margaret (Lamar) Arnold; Niece, Kayla Timmons; Grandchildren, Alex Taylor and Hannah Taylor, along with several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mr. Taylor will be at 11:00 AM (EST) Saturday- August 8 at Mount Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. LeBron Long officiating. Active pallbearers will be Eric Slater, Seth Slater, Robert Warren, Kevin Rhinehart, Doug Payne, and LeBron Long. Honorary Pallbearer will be Lamar Arnold.

 Visitation will be private.

 The Taylor family along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home encourage anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings, including face masks and social distancing.
