Mr. Taylor Adams

Mr. Taylor Lamar Adams, age 81, of Cloudland, GA, died Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Atrium Health Floyd.

Mr. Adams was born July 22, 1941, in Summerville, GA, son of the late Herman Lee and Winnie Ruth Taylor Adams.  He was a member of Cloudland Presbyterian Church and prior to his retirement, worked as a self-employed electrician.  He had also owned and operated AAA Hardware.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Adams was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Norris Adams.

Survivors include his wife, Faye Hawkins Adams; a son, Daryll Adams; and sister, Myra Smith.

Graveside and interment services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Cloudland Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Bro. Roger Keith officiating.  Active pallbearers will be Stan Smith, Guy Smith, Brian Hawkins, LeBron Williams, Terry Roden, Chad Hawkins, and Aaron Smith.  Honorary pallbearers will be James and Mandy Durham, Durwood and Miriam Mills.

Mr. Adams will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday.
