Mr. Roy "R.C." Curtis Boyd

Mr. Roy Curtis “R.C.” Boyd age 48 of Summerville, GA passed away unexpectedly Monday- October 5, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Boyd was born December 26, 1971 in Trion, GA to the late Jerry Boyd & Deloris Long Boyd. He was employed by Taco Bell and was an avid Tennessee Vols fan.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Junior Boyd.

Survivors include his daughter, Paisley Boyd; brothers Stacy (Holly) Boyd and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside and interment services to celebrate the life of Mr. Boyd will be held Friday- October 9, 2020, at 11:00 AM at AMI Cemetery with Rev. Micca Gillespie officiating. Active pallbearers will be Bo Boyd, Brennon Conley, Jamie Boyd, Zack Boyd, Andy Tidmore, and Blake Chira.  Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of the Summerville Taco Bell.

Visitation will be held privately.

The Boyd family along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home remind anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings including social distancing, gathering limits, and face masks.
