Mr. Ronald "Ronnie" D. Chadwick

Mr. Ronald “Ronnie” Chadwick, 57, of Gaylesville, AL passed away Monday, May 04, 2020 at his residence.

 Mr. Chadwick was born December 30, 1963 in Fort Payne, AL, son of the late Tommy Ronald and Mary June Ray Chadwick.  He was a retired correctional officer at Hayes Correctional Institution and a life time member of the West Berryton Faith Temple.  One of his proudest accomplishments was being an Eagle Scout of Boy Scout Troop 245. He loved building and watching things progress and come together for completion and was an avid gardner.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother,  James Thompson.

Mr. Chadwick is survived by the mother of his children, Marcelia Thompson; Son, Johnathan (Maegan) Chadwick; Two daughters, Holly Rehm (Chad Humphrey) and Dana Chadwick; One step brother, James (Tammy) Miller; Two step sisters, Becky Smith, and Geraldine Monroe; Five Grandchildren, Roza, Demetri, and Rachel Rehm, John Walter and Beau Chadwick;  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Chadwick’s wishes were to be cremated and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
