Richard Wagner, better known as Rick, passed from this world to his Heavenly home on November 8, 2021, with his loving wife at his side.
Rick was a retired wildlife biologist who possessed a passion for the outdoors and a love for the sport of hunting. Rick often used hunting as an opportunity to catch up with long time friends. He was right at home in the great outdoors and loved to share his passion with others. Rick was an unforgettable and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Elizabeth Wagner.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 39 years, Betty Wagner; daughter, Bettina McNeely and her husband Brad; his son, Richard Wagner, III and his wife Sami; his sister, Leanne Eades and her husband Jerry; his granddaughters Bailey and Cadence McNeely; his niece Brook Ricks; his nephews Adam Eades; a great-niece and two great-nephews; along with many lifetime friends.
A private memorial service for Mr. Wagner will be held at a later date.
