Mr. Kevin Lee Minard

Mr. Kevin Lee Minard, age 44, of Summerville, GA, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023, in Rome, GA.

Mr. Minard was born October 25, 1978, in Rome, GA, son of Bobby and Sheila Jones Minard.  He attended Lyerly Pentecostal Tabernacle and was employed with Mohawk.  He enjoyed woodworking, welding, and could also play guitar as well as other multiple instruments.

Survivors include his sons, Nathan Minard, Tucker Minard; daughter, Kaitlin (Jacob) Brewster; parents, Bobby and Sheila Minard; a brother, Tommy Minard; sister, Christine Wheeler; grandchild, Isaac Brewster; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Minard will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, August 31, 2023, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Mason officiating.  Interment will follow in Johnson Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Quinton Jones, Adam Jones, Matthew Jones, Austin Jones, Landon Jones, and Levi Smith.

Mr. Minard will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Thursday.
