Mr. Kenneth "Dan" Stephens

Mr. Kenneth Daniel “Dan” Stephens, age 41, of Trion, GA, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Mr. Stephens was born May 19, 1979, in Rome, GA, son of Kenneth Lamar and Hilda Ann Stephens.  He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where he was instrumental in making the online ministry possible.  He also worked as the store manager with Mapco in Calhoun.  Mr. Stephens loved to play video games and was an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jule and Louise Stephens, Dolly Long; uncles, Hilton Sizemore and Gene Stephens.

Mr. Stephens is survived by his wife, Talitha Meadows Stephens; sons, Joshua Stephens, Greyson Stephens, Brody Stephens; daughter, Ann (Gage) Bauer; parents, Kenneth L. and Hilda Stephens; a grandson, William Bauer; mother and father-in-law, Rhonda and Michael Gilreath.

Visitation will be held privately.

The Stephens family along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home encourage anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings, including face masks and social distancing.
