Mr. Billy Ray Stephenson, age 72 of Summerville, GA passed away Saturday- May 23, 2020 at Pruitt Healthcare Center- LaFayette.

Mr. Stephenson was born December 16, 1947 in Sherwood, TN to the late Mack Jr. & Peggy Jane Perry Stephenson.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lola Pearl Atkinson Stephenson.

Survivors include 2 sons, Billy Joe Stephenson and Bobby Joe Stephenson; daughter, Peggy Jane Smith; step-sons, Willie Deaver, Michael Deaver, step-daughter, Shari Ann Cooper, brother, Leon Stephenson; sisters, Mary Womack, Peggy Glenn, and Betty Tomlin, many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Due to gathering restrictions, services for Mr. Stephenson will be private for immediate family only with Dr. Charles Bishop officiating. Pallbearers will be Glenn Womack, Hunter Potts, Jackie Womack, Steven Womack, Jason Bryant, Michael Rawles with burial at Subligna Cemetery.
