Amber Sheryl McDaniel was born May 26, 1983, to parents Bobby Wayne McDaniel and Sheryl Wilson McDaniel.
Maternal Grandparents Warner Wilson and Edith Wales Wilson and Paternal Grandparents Earl McDaniel and Winnie Crouch McDaniel. Amber was the first grandchild in 5 years on the Wilson side of the family and the first granddaughter in 13 years on the McDaniel side of the family. She was a sweet precocious little girl who all her family adored. She grew into a kind Christian lady who was always willing to lend a helping hand. Growing up on her family farm in Menlo, Amber was a hard-working country girl, a loving daughter, and a friend to everyone. She enjoyed gatherings and people and was a phenomenal cook. She even invented several dishes that have become family favorites. One of those was an appetizer she named “Pineapple Crowns”. In 2011 she was overjoyed to become an aunt. And in the following years became the best aunt to her 4 nephews by her sister Shanna McDaniel Ammons and brother in love James V. Ammons III. In 2017 Amber became a valued member of Holy Spirit Encounter ministry team and whole heartily served until just recently when she became unable due to sickness. It was her heart to serve God and see people set free.
In 2020 Amber got a diagnosis of breast cancer. In the following 2 years, she would undergo a mastectomy, multiple rounds of Chemotherapy, and Radiation. During this time she used her time and testimony to encourage others. Even in her last weeks, everyone was amazed at how strong her faith was and how she could always have a smile on her face. Through this, her legacy and testimony will live on and encourage others for years to come. At 4:37pm on September 22, 2022, Amber received her ultimate healing and passed peacefully at her sister's house in Rockmart, GA . She is now dancing on the waves with her Savior.
