Ms. Wanda Maxine Campbell, age 80, of Rome, GA, died Sunday, April 9, 2023, at her niece's residence.

Ms. Campbell was born January 27, 1943, in Summerville, GA, daughter of the late James Woodrow Campbell and Jewell Lucille Jones Campbell.  She was Baptist by faith, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Consolidated Pipe.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Sue Campbell Tallent, Lois Jean Campbell Holder; nephew, Phillip Holder; and a niece, Babbie Campbell.

Survivors include her niece, Vicky Holder Reece; special great-niece, Sarah Reece; brother, James Alfred Campbell; nieces and nephews, Carla Holder Stockburger, Robin Campbell, Diane Tallent Williams, Ricky Campbell, and Ronnie Tallent; and several great and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, April 14, 2023, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Bohannon.  Interment will follow in Moseley Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Ricky Campbell, Adam Reece, Caden Reece, Tim Hogg, Heath Hammond, and Austin Reece.

Ms. Campbell will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Friday.
