Ms. Deborah Karen Burleson Maddox, age 66, of Centre, AL, died Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at Advent Health Redmond.

Ms. Maddox was born November 5, 1956, in Summerville, GA, daughter of Marilyn Sue Bagley Burleson and the late James Edward Burleson.  She was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Brian Comer.

Survivors include her daughter, Jan Comer; sisters, Kathy Hartline and Karla Rainey; and special friend, David Moore.

A memorial service for Ms. Maddox will be held privately at a later date with inurnment to follow in Mount Zion Cemetery.
