Ms. Betty Ruth Riley, age 82, of Trion, GA, died Thursday, February 15, 2024, at LaFayette Healthcare.

Ms. Riley was born December 23, 1941, in Summerville, GA, to the late Louise Riley Hurley.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Hurley.

Survivors include her son, David Jones; daughter, Linda Gail Addison; a sister, Mildred Hurley; grandchildren, Freedom Starr Jones, Calvin Lawson; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Graveside and interment services for Ms. Riley will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at AMI Cemetery with Rev. Malcom Harris officiating.  Pallbearers will be David Jones, Jackie Parker, Randy Tibbs, and Lester Parker.

Ms. Riley will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday.
