Mrs. Willie Moween Langston Woodall, age 87, of Gadsden, AL, died Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at McGuffey Healthcare in Gadsden.

Mrs. Woodall was born June 21, 1936, in Centre, AL, daughter of the late James L. and Ruby Lee Deering Langston.  She was retired from the healthcare field where she worked as a nurse's aide.  Mrs. Woodall loved playing bingo and going to church at the nursing home.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Woodall; sons, Kenneth Nix and Keith Nix; and a sister, Joyce Speer.

Survivors include her grandsons Chad Nix and Cris Nix; and 2 great-grandchildren; 3 special nieces, Linda (Dan) Hicks, Christy (Lane) Bailey, Debra (Darren) Hamilton; 4 great-nephews, Brody Bailey, Joey Hicks, David Sanford, Travis Hamilton; and 3 great-nieces, Stephanie Hicks, Amber Cochran, and Nikki Mullins.

Graveside and interment services will be held at 11:00 A.M. (EST) Friday, April 5, 2024, at AMI Cemetery with Rev. Sanford DeBerry officiating.

Mrs. Woodall will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:30 A.M. (EST) on Friday.
