Mrs. Ruth Everett age 97 of Trion, GA passed away Monday- May 30, 2022 at her residence.

Mrs. Everett was born September 19, 1924 in Trion, GA, to the late William Phillips and Idella Boatner Phillips. She loved Trade Day, spending time with family, cooking, and yard work.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by husband Charles Everett, and a number of brothers and sisters.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Kenny Brown, Lafayette, GA, Linda and Wayne Gardner, Vonore, TN, 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchilden.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Everett will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday- June 2, 2022 at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Blake Hughes officiating. Interment will follow at West Hill Cemetery with Heath Brown, Cody Bowman, Lydell Hughes, Blake Hughes, and Taylor Barfield serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the Mason Funeral Home Thursday from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
