Mrs. Monnie Stoker, age 90, of Menlo, GA, died Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.
Mrs. Stoker was born December 25, 1930, in LaFayette, GA, daughter of the late Jasper T. and Etta Lorraine Ely Adams. She was a member of Teloga Baptist Church, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Riegel Textiles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Rev. Robert James; second husband, James C. Stoker; brother, Starling Adams; sisters, Virginia Brown, Janie Broadrick, and Etta Lee.
Survivors include her daughters, Joyce White, Vicki (Randy) Bagley; grandchildren, Suzanne Willis, Michael (Betty) White, Clifton (Maghan) Bagley; great-grandchildren, Joshua White, Layla Bagley, and Peyton Bagley; step-great-grandchildren, Tony Floyd and Jordan Floyd.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Sunday, September 5, 2021, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darwin Blansit officiating. Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Randy Bagley, Clifton Bagley, Junior Brown, Michael White, Ronnie Parris, and Sammy Lee. Honorary pallbearers will be Leonard Robinson and the Staff of G-Hall at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.
Mrs. Stoker will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Sunday.
