Mrs. Joyce Elaine Bryant, age 69, of Summerville, GA, died Sunday, June 7, 2026, at her residence.

Mrs. Bryant was born March 10, 1957, in Anniston, AL, daughter of the late William M. Smith and Betty Jo Bishop.  Prior to her retirement, she had been employed with Mohawk Industries.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Johnny William Bryant; sisters, Linda Tapp and Carolyn Reed

Survivors include her husband, Terry Bryant; sons, Jeffrey Joe Bryant, Terry Lee Kemp, Billy Bryant, Steven Dale Bryant, and Thomas Gerald Bright; brothers, William Smith, Wayne Smith, David Smith, and Thomas Searcy; sisters, Patricia Matney and Wanda Champion; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Mrs. Bryant will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

There will be no formal funeral service.
