Mrs. Hazel Lee Cagle Hartline age 89 of Summerville, GA passed away Sunday- December 5, 2021 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Hartline was born February 19, 1932 in Blountville, AL to the late Glen and Gracie Mann Cagle. She was a member of Cedar Chapel Church of God.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her special aunt & uncle, Fay & Lee Rice.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Hartline; children, Steve Bozart and Peggy Bozart; and sister, Louise Sprayberry.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Hartline will be held at 2:00 Wednesday- December 8, 2021 in the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Nichols officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhills Memory Gardens with Ricky Busby, Chris Nichols, and Jimmy Walker serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 until the service hour at Mason Funeral Home.

Due to the current health concerns for the community, those in attendance are asked to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings including the use of face masks and hand sanitizer.
