Mrs. Evelyn Sue Lemming, age 69, of Summerville, GA, died Monday, June 26, 2023, at Advent Health Redmond.

Mrs. Lemming was born November 24, 1953, in Logan, WV, daughter of the late Eugene Epperhart and Gladys Marie Spurlock.  She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope North Baptist Church.  She enjoyed crafts and quilting and loved her pets.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lemming was preceded in death by her husband, James Gary Lemming; a daughter, Shirley Delores Epperhart; and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her son, French (Kimberly) Johnson, Jr.; daughters, Merinda (Lonnie) Chastain, Clista (Anthony) Yearian; brothers, Ronald Spurlock, Timmy (Cindy) Spurlock; a sister, Teressa Hamby; 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service for Mrs. Lemming will be held at a later date.
