Mrs. Edna "Sue" Bearden, age 82, of Trion, GA, died Friday, May 13, 2022, at Advent Health Redmond.

Mrs. Bearden was born January 10, 1940, in Trion, GA, daughter of the late Harlin Lee Evans and Eva Ethel Braddy Evans.  She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bearden was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Keith Bearden; brother, Bobby Evans; sisters, Mary Ruth Henley, Glenis Miller, and Frances VanHorn.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald Clifford Bearden; daughter, Lisa (John) Daniels; brothers, Buddy Evans; sisters, JoAnn Anderson, FayeNell (Tom) Byrd; sister-in-law, Frances Evans; grandchildren, Brooke Bearden (Mark Smith); great-grandchildren, Addison Gary, Luke Smith, and Leia Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 17, 2022, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Hayes officiating.  Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be John Daniels, Mark Smith, David Pierce, David Keller, and James McKinney.

Mrs. Bearden will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Friday.
