Mrs. Betty Jean Potts Reynolds, age 79, of Trion, GA, died Sunday, August 18, 2024, at the Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing.

Mrs. Reynolds was born January 23, 1945, in Summerville, GA, daughter of the late Aaron Gordon "Buddy" Dunn and Flosie Mae Ivy Dunn.  Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Shaw Industries.  Mrs. Reynolds was also an avid T.V. watcher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry LeWayne Reynolds; sisters, Frances Cannon and Shelia Jones.

Survivors include her sons, Darryl Reynolds and Scott Reynolds; a sister, Gracie Potts; 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services for Mrs. Reynolds will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 22, 2024, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel Rev. Matthew Willingham officiating.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at Mason Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Thursday.
