Mr. Winston Stanley "Stan" Burrage, age 71, of Summerville, GA, died peacefully Friday, July 22, 2022.

Mr. Burrage was born August 29, 1950, in Guntersville, AL, son of the late Annie "Polly" Gamble Burrage.  He was a lifelong member of Summerville First Presbyterian Church and was a retired account executive with Georgia Power.  Mr. Burrage was a member of the Summerville-Trion Optimist Club and the Georgia Power Ambassadors.  He was also an avid collector of classic cars and was a lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Rose Mary Burrage.

Survivors include his daughters, Lindsey (Kevin) Sprayberry, Kristen (Jon) Thacker, Taylor Burrage, and Abbye (Josh) Alise; and grandchildren, Sophie, Jack, Crosby, and Declyn.

Graveside and interment services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Monday, July 25, 2022, at Summerville Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Kevin Sprayberry, Jon Thacker, Chris Merritt, Josh Alise, Jack Thacker, and Crosby Thacker.  Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Smith, Tom Hawkins, Clark Dotson, Gene Espy, Jimmy Abney, Steve Ayers, Clinton Agnew, Arch Farrar, John Weems, Rodney Nelson, and David Ford.

Mr. Burrage will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 2:30 until 4:30 P.M. on Monday.
