Mr. Roy Eugene Hunter, age 66, of Summerville, GA, died Friday, January 19, 2024, at Advent Health Redmond.

Mr. Hunter was born March 31, 1957, in Summerville, GA, son of Dorothy Ferguson Rogers and the late Leroy Hunter.  Prior to his retirement, he was employed with Mount Vernon Mills.

In addition to his father, Mr. Hunter was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth David Hunter.

Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Rogers; a sister, Shirley Smith; niece, Angela Bailey; and nephew, Chris Bailey.

A memorial service for Mr. Hunter may be planned by the family at a later date.
