Mr. Roger Dale Dover, age 64, of Subligna, GA, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022.

Mr. Dover was born November 4, 1957, in LaFayette, GA, son of the late Hubert Thomas and Rosey Louise Roper Dover.  He was a member of Subligna Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Derek Dover; brother, Tommy (Freida) Dover; sister, Sharon (Leroy) Sweatman; 4 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Dover will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Subligna Baptist Church with Dr. Charles Bishop and Rev. Greg Cater officiating.  Interment will follow at Subligna Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Tommy Dover, Jr., Jeff Dover, Joe Stephens, Steven McCullough, Landon Stephens, Evan Stephens, and Chance Dover.

Mr. Dover will be in state at Subligna Baptist Church and the family will receive friends from 2:00 until the hour of service on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to the Subligna Baptist Church Building Fund in Mr. Dover's honor.
