Mr. Robert Doyle Roan, age 65, of Summerville, GA, died Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Roan was born August 25, 1955, in Fort Payne, AL, son of the late Grady and Helen Margaret Kilgore Roan.  He was employed with Trycon and loved music and working on computers and cars.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Ronnie Roan and Donnie Roan; a sister, Carolyn Prater.

Survivors include his wife, Gail Hudgins Roan; a son, Jeffery Roan; daughter, Cindy Roan; brothers, Zandell (Judy) Roan, Loyle Roan, Alton Roan, Eddie (Kim Greene) Roan; sisters, Eva McGraw, Geneva Edwards, and Louise Jenkins; grandchildren, Cayleigh McKissick and Mason McKissick.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 11, 2021, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in Lyerly Cemetery.

Mr. Roan will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Wednesday.
