Mr. Jerry Michael "Mike" Money, age 47, of Summerville, GA, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham.

Mr. Money was born April 6, 1974, in Rome, GA, son of Terry and Linda Parrish Money.  He was an electrician and was employed with Southwestern Lighting and Electrical.

Survivors include son, Logan Calhoun Money; brother, William Darryle Ivey; sister, Michelle Money Wilson; good friend, Larry Wilson; special nephews, Brett (Julie)Wilson, Blaine (Kennedi) Wilson, and Baylor Wilson; and his companion, Katie Smith and her daughters, Alexis, Lorianna, and Haleigh.

Graveside memorial services to celebrate the life of Mr. Money will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Greenhills Memory Gardens with Rev. Casey Bramlett officiating.

Due to the current health concerns for the community, those in attendance are asked to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings including the use of face masks and hand sanitizer.
