Mr. David Loyd Hall, age 80, of Gaylesville, AL, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at his residence.

Mr. Hall was born July 18, 1942, in Mentone, AL, son of the late Oscar Yuel and Eula Carrol Hall.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sons, David Hall, Samuel Hall; 4 brothers; 3 sisters; and grandchildren, Kimberly Whitaker and Timothy Hall.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Mason Hall; sons, Timothy Hall, Daniel (Tammy) Hall; daughters, Darlene (Chris) Butts, Shirley (Wayne) Stancil, Anna (Jeff) Smith, Anita (Ronald) Dunn, Suzanne (Philip) Hudgins, Patty (Tom) Bullard; daughters-in-law, Marlene Hall, Sonja Hall; a brother, Ronnie Hall; 24 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. (E.S.T.) Thursday, September 1, 2022, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Freddie Waldrop officiating.  Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Levi Stanfield, Clay Hall, Travis Stancil, John Terry Whitaker, Joshua Whitaker, and Jeffery Smith.  Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Hudson and David M. Hall.

Mr. Hall will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon (E.S.T.) until the hour of service on Thursday.
