Mr. Juddson William VanSandt, age 30, of Centre, AL, died Saturday, October 9, 2021, at Floyd Medical Center.

Mr. VanSandt was born June 14, 1991, son of Douglas Farrell and LaRilda Stepps VanSandt.  He was a member of Centre Congregational Holiness Church and was employed with F.N.P. in Rome.

Mr. VanSandt was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Betty Stepps Stephens, Georgia Lee Tate Gilbreath; and a grandfather, J.W. Stepps.

Survivors include his parents, Doug and LaRilda VanSandt; wife, Brittany LaShay Watson; and a brother, Ryan Lee VanSandt.

Graveside and interment services will be held at 3:00 P.M. (E.S.T.) Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Cherokee Memory Gardens with Rev. John Cole officiating.  Pallbearers will be Cecil Ferguson, Dustin Vaughn, Michael Ball, Randy Hutchens, Eli Guffey, J. W. Aldridge, Ryan VanSandt, and Wes Savage.

Mr. VanSandt will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. (E.S.T.) on Wednesday.

Due to the current health concerns for the community, those in attendance are asked to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings including the use of face masks and hand sanitizer.
