Mr. John Farrel Smith, age 66, of Summerville, GA, died Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Advent Health – Redmond.

Mr. Smith was born July 4, 1955, in Summerville, GA, son of the late John Frank and Eloise Bowman Smith.  He was previously employed in the construction industry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Daniel Smith.

Survivors include his son, Rob (Samantha) Smith; grandchildren, Cain Smith, Abbi Smith, and Chris Cothran; and a great-grandchild, Lucian Cothran.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
