Mr. Joey Randall Roberts, age 60, of Cedar Bluff, AL, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Atrium Health Floyd.

Mr. Roberts was born March 31, 1962, in Trion, GA, son of Franklin Eugene "Sonny" Roberts, Sr. and the late Janie Sue Ingrim Roberts.  He attended Emmanuel Baptist Church and was a retired millwright.  Mr. Roberts enjoyed playing guitar and singing, welding, and riding motorcycles.  He was also a loving daddy, grandfather, and friend.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by brothers, Franklin E. Roberts, Jr. and Anthony "Tony" Roberts, Sr.

Survivors include his daughters, Kemberlee Michele (Hannah) Graham, Amanda Brooke (Derek) Chestnut, Chrystal Roberts Woods; chosen son, Chris Roberts; father, Sonny Roberts; brother, Steve (Susan) Spears; 8 grandchildren; and chosen family, the Tallents.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. (EST) Thursday, May 5, 2022, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Spears and Rev. Jason Justice officiating.  Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Derek Chestnut, Steve Spears, Jason Justice, Jeremy Tallent, Edward Hughes, and Chris Roberts.

Mr. Roberts will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. (EST) until the hour of service on Thursday.
