Mr. James Eugene McDonald, age 61, of Cedar Bluff, AL, died Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mr. McDonald was born July 26, 1960, in Summerville, GA, son of the late Fredrick Thomas and Betty Mae Tapp McDonald.  He had attended Menlo Baptist Church and Gaylesville First Baptist Church.  He was a self-employed carpenter and farm hand.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Slayton; and a sister, Shelia Mobbs.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann McDonald; sons, John (Kelsie) McDonald, Jacob (Brittany) McDonald, and Kenny McDonald; a daughter, Sasha (Adam) McGraw; sisters, Debbie Nixon and Vickie Rich; 10 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchildren.
