Mr. James "Gary" Lemming, age 73 of Summerville, GA passed away Sunday- November 29, 2021 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Lemming was born April 13, 1948, in Summerville, GA to the late James Billy and Lela Ruth Tucker Lemming. He was retired from Best Manufacturing and was of the Christian faith.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Beshers.

Survivors include his loving wife, Evelyn Johnson Lemming; son, Anthony Lemming; daughters, Debra Laney and Wendy Pettigrew; step-children, Marinda Chastain, French Johnston; brothers, Frank Lemming and Billy Joe Lemming; sisters, Dean Ramey and Brenda Batey; brother-in-law, Lee Meadows; and several grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday, December 6, 2021, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Charles Bishop officiating.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 2:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Monday.

Due to the current health concerns for the community, those in attendance are asked to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings including the use of face masks and hand sanitizer.
