Mr. Donnie C. Dupree, age 72, of Summerville, GA, died Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.

Mr. Dupree was born December 12, 1948, in Trion, GA, son of the late William and Gladys Lula Barksdale Dupree.  He was retired from Mount Vernon Mills where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Davett Rena Dupree Boman; brothers, Dewey Dupree and Eddie Steve Dupree; and a sister, Edna Dupree.

Survivors include his daughter, Cynthia Dupree; brothers, J.W. Dupree and James Delwon Dupree; sister, Anita Green; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and special nephew, Steve Dupree.

In accordance with Mr. Dupree's wishes, he was cremated and no formal services are planned at this time.
