Mr. Billy Ray Walker, age 67, of Summerville, GA, died Friday, January 6, 2023, at Atrium Health Floyd.

Mr. Walker was born February 6, 1955, in LaFayette, GA, son of the late James Ray and Barbara Joyce Craig Walker.  He was Baptist by faith and was employed with Green's Construction.

Survivors include his daughter, Lisa (Brian) Duncan; sister, Joyce Eley; grandchildren, Josh Duncan, Destiny Parris, Tristan Asher, and Chris Duncan; 8 great-grandchildren; nephew, Brad Ellis; great nephew, Joseph Ellis and a great-niece, Braelynn Ellis.

A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
