Mr. Bill Echols Dover, Jr., age 69, of Menlo, GA, died Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Advent Health Redmond.

Mr. Dover was born July 14, 1953, in LaFayette, GA, son of the late Bill Echols Dover and Gladys Harris Dover.  He was of the Baptist faith and was a landscaper by trade.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Christy Dover; sister, Sheila Brannon; and brothers, Robert Dover and Danny Dover.

Survivors include his wife, Sybil Ballinger Dover; daughter, Brandy Storey; step-son, William "Billy" Ballinger; granddaughter, Byrina Womack; and great-granddaughter, Alaya Hendrix; step-grandchildren, Ryan Storey, Jonothon Storey, and Rachel Storey.

According to his wishes, there will be no formal services.
