Mr. Benjamin "Bennie" Wade age 81 of Summerville, GA passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022 at a local hospital.

Mr. Wade was born September 1, 1941 in Trion, GA to the late Paul and Mary Whitten Wade. He was retired from Mohawk Industries, was a member of Midway Baptist Church, and enjoyed the outdoors.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his siblings Kenny Wade and Linda Orr.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Virginia Wade; sons, Andy Wade, Michael Wade, and Jeff (Samantha) Wade; brothers, Charles Wade, Johnny (Mary) Wade, and Larry Wade; and 5 grandchildren.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Wade will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 19 at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Shaver officiating.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 until the service hour..
