Charles Owen "Guy" Lang, 63, passed away on January 17, 2023, following an illness.

Guy was born December 28, 1959, in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  He spent most of his life residing in Chattooga County, GA and was a self-employed carpenter.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ora Grace Steenland and Charles O. Lang, his brother-in-law, Buck Robertson, and nephew Robert M. Burdick.

He is survived by his brother, Robert S. Burdick, his sister-in-law Sue Burdick, his former spouse, Mary Lang, brother and sister-in-law Keith and Tracey Spraggins, his nieces, Madison and Kaitlyn Spraggins, and his nephews, Levi, Beau, Jake, and Adam Burdick, and a large extended family.

Guy leaves behind several life-long friends, Bruce Niederhuth, Greg Reynolds, Jeff Weaver, and Gary Brown.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
